We process information you voluntarily submit through contact and quote request forms, including: name, email, phone number, company, message and details about your logistics requirements.
We use this data to answer your requests, prepare commercial proposals, manage customer relations and comply with legal obligations. Legal bases include consent, pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest.
Your data is accessible only to authorized FlowPulse staff and, where required, to technical service providers (hosting, email) acting as processors.
